Mostly Guar plant is grown in India and Pakistan sown in July month. But India contributes 82% of guar gum production out of the world’s total production of guar gum  Guar is being grown for seed, green fodder, vegetable and green manuring. From this guar plant, Guar seeds are allowed to dry in sun. Guar Gum Split also call as  guar gum refined split, Guar splits. is mechanically separated from guar seed which yields 28-30% of Refined Split.

so basically Husk and germ are removed from guar beans to get guar refined split. After they are separated and processed into a flour unit which is known as Guar Gum Powder. This gaur gum powder viscosity is also depend on quality of guar refined splits.
